Full of bullies and the lies they tell are unbelievable
Terrible bully culture, the clients are beautiful but management and team leaders are shocking, if you’re not in the click forget any further future with this organisation. I would not recommend these people as good employers, management don’t really care about staff or even clients for that matter, all they worry about is their salaries, shocking place to work

Don’t do it.
Terrible organisation. Treat staff appallingly. Extremely high case loads, expected to work outside contracted hours for no overtime or time off. Front line staff are very committed to their client group but rarely last long due to burnout and unrealistic expectations.

Easy company to work for. Most days can be fun and rewarding. You are given clients that are suitable for your skills and experience. Clients are great fun and very easy to get along with.
