Wouldn't recommend to anyone.I have worked for LWB for three years and have had consistent issues through those 3 years. Putting staff at high risk, workplace bullying NIL support from management. Direct care staff are consistently overworked and expected to work well outside of their job scope, team leaders have excessive case loads meaning clients go unheard. Staff turnover is very high. I personally would never work for this company again, the only good thing was that they paid well.

Full of bullies and the lies they tell are unbelievableTerrible bully culture, the clients are beautiful but management and team leaders are shocking, if you’re not in the click forget any further future with this organisation. I would not recommend these people as good employers, management don’t really care about staff or even clients for that matter, all they worry about is their salaries, shocking place to work

Don’t do it.Terrible organisation. Treat staff appallingly. Extremely high case loads, expected to work outside contracted hours for no overtime or time off. Front line staff are very committed to their client group but rarely last long due to burnout and unrealistic expectations.
