A good place to work. Flexible hours with on-call shift availability. Computer work is extremely important. Good organisational and time management savvy.

friendly working environment, diverse workplace culture, close to public transport, gained practical experience in accounting, but the management is not really professional

Work load was a bit overwhelming as it was 2 jobs rolled into 1. Learnt so much in the 8 months I was there. Loved working with the people in Life Without Barriers. They were all supportive. Not being able to complete all the tasks that was required due to not enough ours in a day and week. The knowledge and the friendships I received from working there.
Pros
Knowledge
Cons
Not enough hours to complete all aspects of duties

Rather not comment Life without Barriers can be a wonderful place to work especially if you are related to anyone within management. I loved working with the clients of LWB and many members of staff but management, communication and empathy for unrelated staff was non existent.
