Each year, the Fair Work Commission review the National Minimum Wage and minimum pay rates under awards. Most changes begin on the first full pay period on or after 1 July. Our staff are employed under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award and we pay our staff above award wage, this means that if an employee is already being paid above award wage, there is no requirement to make any wage increases at that time, however our company has always made every effort to increase staff wages at this time.
We value our hard working and committed staff base, and pay above award wages and 2 annual pay increases per year (July and Dec), we increase these above the recommended rates.
