Here at Like Family we are passionate about seeing an end to social isolation. By connecting people who are isolated in the community due to age, illness, disability, or circumstance with our community of caring locals we call Social Carers!

Like Family started from the dining room table of husband and wife team Mat and Jenna, who saw a need in their community and wanted to fill it. As a result of their efforts, Like Family officially launched under our previous name of Home Care Heroes back in 2016. Its been a few years since then, and now Like Family provides face-to-face support all across the Sydney, Central Coast, and Hunter regions of NSW and various parts of both Victoria and Queensland.

However, we don't want to stop there! We need friendly, reliable individuals to join our team and make a difference in the lives of other isolated individuals all across the eastern seaboard of Australia.
