Lincoln Sentry was a stressful company to work with. We were always understaffed that the management team never fulfilled to hire anyone. I was always left onto despatch all by myself for numerous of hours even on busy days. This company handles kitchenware, so stacking and loading boxes of 15-20kg, 8 hours a day, 5 times a week strained by back due to fast pace.
Lincoln could've been a good company to work with if the management team were organised and took peoples ideas into consideration, but they always left a blind eye on peoples problems that occurred and barely resolved it.
We had countless of staff meetings and new change of rules to improve the work place, but it could never been succeeded on a daily basis.
Few of the staff i've worked with are amazing people who i admire their hard work and dedication towards the company but i felt like they deserved more. They hardly to never get rewarded and its just sad to see people working in these conditions constantly.

While working at Lincoln Sentry I met many friends and mentor that I still keep in touch with today. The company always helped with training and advancement and never stood in the way if a worker wanted to apply for advanced role within the company.
