No support, constant amount of pressure while working and high demand for productivity, pushing the limits and KPI's as far they can go
9 hours a day, should only be 7.5 but not enough staff at times so get stuck back working overtime, but then have to justify that to management to get paid the overtime
Not much room for flexibility especially not within the call centre. You need to be flexible to suit them but they aren't all that flexible.
