Link Group is not a terrible place to work, in fact, most of the people you work with on a day-to-day basis are decent and fun people so the culture isn't too bad.
Management can be very target and statistics driven, which comes with the territory of contact centre work, but it can become a touch overwhelming or disheartening as the volume of work is quite high any way.
Team culture varies from team to team, but some of the Managers were lovely and understanding.
