Put some support for your staff in place. Look at your HR team and demand improvements.
You have been moving from "good to great" for years.
Nothing, it was just horrible. No support given and lack of acknowledgement of how badly the organisation is run.
I thought it was fantastic but was really let down by their pleading of support and nurturing when it was the complete opposite
