Great Experience

The staff are friendly and understanding. However, availability is somewhat of an issue making you work all public holidays. Pressure is applied when you do need time off. However, they are nice and good to work with.

Team is great you'll meet long term friends and everyone is really approachable and friendly. Although managers can be really toxic and will tell you not to n/a on public holidays and will reject your leave of abscence even if given reasonable notice.

There was no interview process when they hired me and was barely spoken to about expectations, pay and job responsibilities. The owners and managers were not very good and worked against the staff instead of with them which resulted in a lot of conflict as well as extreme favouritism.
