An okay workplace
The management is not the best and it really depends on the person you work with. The energy is more like a girl boss environment. Heard some people were asked to close the store alone in her third shift which I heard it could happen occasionally. High pressure, low benefits

Good place to work
However, it is unfortunate that the same cannot be said for the management. The management here has consistently shown a lack of understanding, empathy, and respect for the workers. Don't work here
The dress code is insanely strict, almost the same as a catholic all-girls school. You’re not allowed to wear any sneaker shoes, boots with laces, no jeans or street cargo pants etc. You have to buy extra clothes to fit their dress code which is not it for the amount they pay. Management cares about their employees enough to be passable for the fair work laws. All they see is money & they keep p...What would you say about your employer?
