Worst job I've ever worked at. Went in for a part time position, and was offered an ASM job with no experience. I was not trained properly and was then constantly in trouble with management when I made a mistake. Management was poor and condescending towards employees. Pay was fine if you were in your 20s, but otherwise terrible. So much bullying, back stabbing, and overall rudeness from both employees and management. I was constantly staying back to clean the store (at least an hour after close) and was not paid overtime. I would get in trouble for staying back, but also would get in trouble for not staying back if the store was deemed not clean enough for opening. The workload and expectations were unrealistic and management would call every hour to tell you to do better and get better sales/results. Worked there for 4 months before quitting as I was overworked, not paid properly, and crying every night. Not worth it :(

Add on goal extreme, managers are always on your back. Very stressful, makes you don't wanna come into work. No loyalty at all at this workplace. Management is very autocratic, bossy.

My time working at Lovisa had to be my most favourite retail job experience. The customers were polite and always happy to talk and the employees were always finding ways to incorporate fun into learning. A 10/10 job experience! :)

Awesome workplace

I miss working here very much, I enjoyed my time very much. The girls there were like family and still talk to a few of the girls I worked with and would love to have another opportunity like this.
