Would enjoy to work with them again sometime, depends if I'm living in the same area of the state. The workplace culture was acceptable and it was an enjoyable job.

Highly competitive and stressful

While I would not recommend working at Lovisa, I do believe that the job did teach me to go far beyond my comfort zones. However the higher management (regional and state managers) that you have to work with have unrealistic and unreasonable expectations of they’re employers, creating a toxic and stressful environment.
