MiM is a good organisation to work with and provides full support to the workers. It has got an efficient management system and takes care of employee and client's health and safety. I am very grateful for the training, arranging flexible working hours and letting me grow professionally. The management is always helpful, understanding and provides clients that are nearby your suburb.

I highly recommend MIM as a place to work in. They are wonderful people that really care about their workers. In addition, you will receive a very good salary (always on time - ABN), plus stability in your roster (which will work around your availability and needs) and really kind and respectful clients.I worked there for more than one year and it was a great experience.

COVID training was a useful tool to have proper handling of the current public health situation protecting your clients and yourself.You can count on receiving your payment always on time and an open-door policy to communicate with the management.As with any job, do your best and good things will come by themselves.

MIM's Team is a prepared group of people that will guide you through your cleaning schedule.I always had a great relationship with the Management.From them you can expect flexibility but also honesty and professionalism. It's easy to organise your working week around your personal needs and it's also very nice to meet the clients and share some nice words before to start to work for them. Overall I've learned to have an eye for details and improve my time management and communication skills.
