Poor management and no employee support

No employee support just some faded promises that mean nothing in the long run.. The managers support only the customers which means justice for employees is never served. Unjustly discounts made to clients and are deducted from employees hard working money eventhough proof of work completion is given.. Wouldn't recommend any cleaner to work in such a stressful environment.. No respect whatsoever..
