You know how companies like to say, "we're a family"? Maid2Match means it when they say it. This is my first time feeling properly welcomed and integrated into a company that treats me well!My manager, coworkers and even those who aren't on my team are great to work with. It's easy to talk to management - you don't have to jump through hoops or wait days for a response to an email. Our work processes are clear, so all we have to do is show up and do our jobs to the best of our abilities.

Worst company to work for, lack of communication, not very good pay, when you are stuck at a clients house and no one is home can’t get hold of anyone! do not recommend to work with maid2match

Don't do it!

Seems good at first but then you start to realise how dodgy this company is..First of all, a company founded and run by three brothers sounds good until you realise that they haven't appointed a CEO.. They're all CEOs! Makes as much sense as a three-headed chook! Promises made by one CEO in the induction training were later denied by a different CEO! Vehicle allowance is a joke, if you arrive but can't get inside you don't get compensated fairly, some clean times are impossible, clean times are sometimes reduced without notice, live support team sometimes will randomly have a meeting leaving you with no support team, if you live northside they will book southside, no breakfast as promised, no car wash as promised, no performance bonus as promised... Team leaders and support team are good people but I feel bad for them because I think they know they work for a three-headed chook!

Hi there, It is very disappointing to hear about your experience working on our team. It does sound like there is some confusion. While there is three brothers (myself included), I am the CEO. Three CEO's does sound very difficult :-)While we would loved to still be involved in induction, for the last 18 months this has been managed by our Operations and Field Team Managers. We do have a customer cancellation policy for when we arrive but cannot get access. This is a case by case basis as to how we proceed to ensure the best long term solution for all invovled. What is the best part of working at the company?Seeing the end result of your hard work. Knowing the client is happy with the clean and gives you a 5 star rating.The hours are good if you state what hours you want.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Late starts mean late finishes.Management are extremely hard on you and talk to you as if your a child.Management do not listen nor care.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?You work alone so can get lonely at times.Support team are very good.You use your own car so mileage adds up very quick. What is a typical day like for you at the company?Two or three cleans or more if you wish.

There is Absolutely no communication within the company . The CEO/Managers are incompetent and out of touch with basic needs. The Supplies that are provided are inadequate No main office or face to face All head staff based over EastDon’t deliver on what they offer

Predatory Company that charges $60ph but pays its workers $26

Cleaner (Casual) (Former Employee) - Gold Coast QLD - 29 May 2023

These positive reviews are obviously bots. The company advertises a much higher rate than what is actually paid ($26). They charge NDIS full rates for travel time yet pay their workers $1 of it. They say they value work life balance for their employees yet fill their rosters up with 2hr shifts all over the gold coast, with no time inbetween to even quickly eat lunch. The support team are helpful but overall this is a company that's ripping its clients and workers off.

Unreliable

Cleaner - Part Time (Current Employee) - Gold Coast QLD - 17 April 2023

Like the job but there are a few misleading information and customers aren't always reliable which they company can't control but you don't get compensated anywhere enough for the fuel that gets wasted, especially with the price of fuel nowdays. Management are good and responsive but income is so up and down and isn't stable which makes it very hard to survive, especially if you have kids. Uniform and cleaning products and equipment are all supplied and you order your chemicals yourself and they pay it which is great. Your allowed to use it all at your own home as long as you aren't going crazy. Don't work weekends or public holidays either but if your casual or part-time you obviously don't get paid for those days if you usually do. You do mainly NDIS and house cleans. Your have to do NDIS online training which is easy and they pay for it so you end up with your NDIS card making you able to work with people in that section which is helpful, especially in another career if it doesn't work out.

Excellent Company to work for and wonderful work/life balance opportunities

NDIS Executive (Current Employee) - WFH - 1 March 2023

I am employed on a Permanent Part time basis in an Administrative and Operational role, and I am very fortunate to be able to work from home in my role, so therefore I have no travel costs, no corporate wardrobe costs, and no office politics to contend with. There are no cons. I love that I am supported in my role by our Directors and also my team members. I am very much treated as a valued member of the Maid2Match team and we are continuously made to feel part of the Maid2Match family. Maid2Match is a very open and honest company, and we are regularly updated on how we are going as a whole company, and what is in the pipeline, so communication is very clear and open at all times as well. I can honestly say that I love my job very much, it fits not only my lifestyle at this time in my life, my role and our Company culture fit my personal set of beliefs, my experience, strengths and skills, and I love that I get to help people everyday and make a small difference to their lives as well. It is an extremely busy role and it keeps me mentally stimulated every day as well. Very rewarding!

Super Suportive and Stress Free Enviroment

I love that i have a set group of clients I see each week. M2M have given the chance grow my skills and more ot the workplace. Managment are suportive and always there to help and all staff i have come incontact with have been friendly. Some days are long and we can feel tired at the end of the day but it also give sense of completion. Overal M2M has been are great workplace to be apart of and great atmostphere.
