Working for Maid2Match is absolutely perfect for me Im a single mum and they are very understanding of my situation providing flexibility yet constant work always available i really connect with the clients and find the work satisfying and fulfilling

Job that allows autonomy and flexibility

I love the autonomy that Maid2Match allows its employees, giving us the freedom to decide how best to complete the jobs assigned. I also love the company's willingness to allow employees to nominate the number of hours and days worked. This is important to me because it has allowed me to achieve a good work/life balance which I feel promotes good mental health and demonstrates the company's commitment to employee wellbeing. The company provides a team of support staff to assist its cleaners in completing their tasks smoothly and efficiently. They are also very respectful in their communication and are always quick to provide positive feedback.

Cleaning is a great workout which helps me manage my weight and is great for my mental health.

Can sometimes be very fast-paced
