Supportive Management

The job can be difficult and long days at times, but I found the housekeeping management extremely supportive and helpful, and enjoyed my coworkers. Good pay, and a team environment.

Extremely great learning

Great job, advertised as exercise, and it was.. it was well orvanised management very supportive to staff and the learning modules on line were the best thing ive dine for skills.. they even bring in coaches for safe procedures if housekeeping and time management skills better than anyI totally reconend working for mantra group esspecially North surfers

Fast paced low pay

They expect you to work overtime without pay. They lied about the hours so I was working late shifts when I originally wanted early. Their is no multiculturalism in the workplace either.

I was a room attendant. Had clean the rooms in 23 minutes. Not long enough to do a proper job. But you always had someone to come and help. It was casual hours .
