I started with maple earlier this year, I thoroughly enjoy seeing my clients each day/ week.Maple has made me feel very welcomed and a part of their family.I enjoy giving my best to each of my clients and hard work is certainly noticed.The management team are terrific and will help you in anyway.

Not enough long hour shifts

All shifts well most are 2/3 hours that they also burn you out by giving you a couple of clients a day, I went from having 20 hours to suddenly 7 which was crazy

Very diverse

Unprofessional company that act as if they’re professional. Support workers are constantly lost with the amount of team leaders switching and leaving the company. Maple need to work on communication better and stop trying to offload their duties onto the support workers

Maple Community Services is a great place to work at. Everyone looks out for one another and is happy to assist you in reaching your goals. It is a collaborative workplace and your thoughts and opinions are always listened to.The open door policy is truly felt when you need advise or assistance with anything.

Poor management too much pride

Changed Management to Lower management have disregard for their own staff wellness. They would threatening all the SW to sign a contracts if not they would remove your shifts from you.They pay no good KM per hr and their rate is especially we have to pay our own tax

Working at Maple Community services has helped me grow into a worker that does not work for the next pay rather into one who is passionate about what they do and is happy to wake up and go to work. The culture at Maple community services is very warm and loving. I strongly recommend maple Community services as a service provider and an employer.

Great work life balance

I love working at Maple Community Services because it gives me a great work life balance. It provides me flexibility or choices to work on my own schedules which suits me and my situation being a working mother of young children. Also, the company gives us support that we, the staff need to provide quality services and person-centered care for our clients. I am really grateful for the opportunity MCS had given me to gain and develop new skills for the betterment of the services we provide to our valued clients. Happy to be a part of an amazing team!

Working at Maple has been highly rewarding. At Maple, I have been welcomed by a friendly and collaborative team, all of whom have made me feel like I am a part of a work family. We have so many resources available for upskilling and services for management staff to cater to our personal needs, so I have been very well looked after! Having been a support worker for a year while studying as a full-time university student, Maple has give me a flexible work and study life balance.
