From the start you could see that this was not going to be a nice place to work. The director of the place clearly had issues caring about any of his staff, a purple circle feeling if you will. Basically if you hadn't been there for years don't get comfortable because you'll be out the door soon.
It's all smiles with daggers in this place.
Turning over more than 1 staff member per month certainly sets people on edge and if you're not firing them but they're quitting than that's clearly something you should address. There's no team work, no forward planning, its just ring 100 people a day and try see if you can send them a couple people for a couple days.
All rates and terms are hidden from clients because "they don't need to know our business"
Since leaving and joining a better company it's been a real eye opener to see how it can be done and how it should be done.
If you're a nice person and enjoy a good working environment, give Marble a miss
I have worked for Marble for almost 2 years now and I can honestly say Marble is a great place to work!
I have developed in my role as there is plenty of support and encouragement on offer from both management and our peers.
The culture within our office is incredible, there is never a dull day and everyone is always up for a laugh. The activities are endless and our community and charity work is on the rise.
I love working at Marble.
