Changes in management recently has seen total chaos and a lack of clear direction in a new contract. But it will settle. There is a lot of favouritism happening it seems. Lots of people here for the right reasons and it is fun to work at when campaigns and activities are happening.

Staff kept changing

Kept of 6 month to 6 month contracts. Kept as a causal even though I was working full-time. Wasn't the right pay rate for the amount of work we did.No holidays, No Sick leave nothing.Was expected to do everything.

Wonderful company to work for

Management are excellent and very transparent. Regional management in Queensland, also fantastic and very approachable. Good work/life balance and help is always there if needed. Would highly recommend them as a good workplace to anyone. The only not so good part is they are not keen on WFH at all, no flexibility there in Queensland. Pay is also below the national average and it needs to be reviewed.

No leadership

Bully and harassment culture with very little support or opportunity for advancement. Trust me, if you gain an interview chances are you can do better.
