Maxima was formed in 1985 to encourage employment and training in South Australia through an arrangement known as ‘Group Training’. Over the years Maxima has increased the range of services it offers to the community.
Since 1998 Maxima has operated as a highly successful organisation assisting with employment services and Disability Employment Services – more...for disadvantaged South Australians. Our clients can face a range of barriers to taking up and maintaining employment. With Maxima’s assistance our clients are able to gain independence and move forward with their lives in the community.
Maxima is a ‘Not-For-Profit’
The Maxima Group is a not-for-profit Incorporated Association. Our purpose is to provide benefits to the community and surplus funds are re-invested in the organisation’s activities to provide maximum benefit to the community.
For nearly 30 years Maxima has endeavoured to achieve improved social and community outcomes for all Australians through a comprehensive range of vocational employment and training initiatives. Since our inception we have assisted over 75,000 Australians through our programs. – less
