Great for first job
Very good job as a first job (casual, part time) especially if you are young and looking for some pocket money. Where I was placed, everyone was lovely and friendly. They were flexible on where I wanted to work (table delivery, behind counter serving or drive through)

Toxic workplace
They really don’t care for the workers, only about their times and if the are making money. Sometime a very toxic workplace, depending on where you go, from both customers and staff.

Amazing place to work at, growth opportunities are great too
MACCAS is probably the best 1st job to have, there's a plethora of opportunities to learn and grow along with making great connections and friends. Working overnights can be stressful (only because of the customers) but the managers always comprehend and support you no matter how badly you perform somedays.

The McDonald’s crew is like a family and working there was made enjoyable, great standards of hygiene. Working there was a blast would recommend to anyone any age

Terrible first job, management yell all the time, under pressure, always rushed with no proper training
I do not recommend anyone to work there, sadly it is very poor training, they expect you to know things without much training. Management yells a lot and there is bullying. A very disappointing place to work and I do not wish for anyone to go through what I have been through. There needs to be a make-over in how they treat staff or someone will take matters further. Terrible.
