my main roles for when I work is to make burgers and train new staff. often I have to run the kitchen by myself so I give trainees individual task to do such as restock products, make burgers or clean up often. I learned how to co-operate with my fellow staff to work as a team and developed good training methods for future staff. I also learned new - more... stuff along the way such as serving customers and working in the café. working there gets stressful at times as there isn't many experienced people to help when it is extremely busy resulting in managers getting angry and customers complaining about ... - less
ProsGood hours
