I applied online and got a email for an interview (Monday). scheduled a interview for the following Friday. (Saturday) i got an email that i was hired. still waiting for someone to email/call me for and orientation day (it’s been roughly 3 weeks)

No, its easier to train baristas. Baristas focus on milk, coffee grind, temperature, froth, etc. Crew members are expected to know location of items on the register, how to greet, how to handle customers, making soft drinks, desserts, fries, everything.
