Managers being to rough and bias on an employee/the workplace being unhealthy in spirit and emotion.
I resigned from McDonald's for personal reasons and because I moved to a new area where commuting between my place of residence and my workplace while focusing on my tertiary education became difficult.
Better pay, slightly immature environment, low professional ceiling.
