They’re really patient and nice
It's okay. There are modules; however, I believe the practical training could improve as the crew trainers were sometimes lazy and didn't explain certain processes.
Trainings very decent it’s just a matter for you right trainer if it was your first

They will either train you well or leave you to figure everything out yourself and give no support.
Crew training is good however once you're on your own then that's it.
Pretty fun if you have a nice trainer. Serving is scary at first but they’ll help you a lot.
