What is McDonald's sick leave policy? How many sick days do you get per year?

You would just call in sick theres no real amount of days you can and cant have off.

Unsure when casual

Lots of sick leave although frowned upon to take sick leave

Im not sure how many sick days you get per year, as long as you give a few hours notice and help to find someone cover your shift, then you can call in sick

I just called in if i was sick n they would cover it

You only get sick leave if you’re part time

I was casual so if I was sick I got as many sick days needed given I had a doctors certificate.

If you are sick and are working casual, you have to bring in a medical certificate to get a shift replacement, if you dont have a medical certificate, you will have to replace your shift by talking to other crew members.
