What is the interview process like at McDonald's?

At some places. they don't tell you if you are going to do a group interview or not, so if they say its going to last nearly an hour, its probably a group one

Easy, they ask you a couple questions like have you got any cafe experience etc, ask your availabilities its just having a general chat :)

You either ask to go into cafe, or they just train you. there is no interview.
