Be more respectful towards workers, especially newcomers who should require more patience and leniency. Usually customers can hear the barking of orders and scolding, and as experiencing it from both sides of the counter, it negatively impacts the otherwise friendly environment.

Treat their workers with respect.
Not to be so cruel on the junior staff,and stop letting 16yr olds be managers because they think they know everything and is on top of it but they don't and customers can see that.Alot of the staff need to bring a work attitude to work not a 'yeah,fine,whatever' attitude with them.
To be easy on the workers
Give them for opportunities and rewards for working well
I’m not leaving because it’s a bad job I like working there, I’m just not getting enough shifts and I would prefer a full time / part time job.
Improve the quality of management as well as on managing our work. Most especially our job description and availability of the crews.
Deal with aggressive customers better
