Good crew, the store was always changing which was nice and it was always busy
I love seeing new People every day and I really like McDonald’s😊
Really flexible which is great for students (can ask for less/more shifts and fairly short notice holiday) and the pay is ideal because it's well above minimum wage. Other employees are generally very friendly and I've made some very good friends there, it's a pleasure working with both them and my manager. You also get a lot of benefits like discount at many high street shops & 50-60% off maccies meals off shift (and free food + drink whilst on shift). I think it's a great place to start off and looks good on your CV for future jobs.
Always something to do. Heaps of mini challenges for you to overcome. Personally I love it because of the freedom, if you continuously take initiative the managers leave you be. You gain a lot of people skills! Fellow workers (THIS DOES CHANGE FROM LOCATION TO LOCATION) most of them will start a conversation if you're doing a task near them and they are generally nice. My managers are amazing, they can be sturn but only when you need it as they understand the stress you're already under. More experienced workers are always happy to help! Generally there will be a manager/someone in a position who you feel comfortable with, this person will be the one you go to for help.
It was helpful and i learnt a lot of skills there.
I like working at McDonalds because the workplace can show you many many life skills that will be relevant later on in life
The people in the workplace
The thing i liked about mcdonalds was how you were forced to adapt to a fast paced environt and deal with unhappy customers, there was alot of pressure put on the workiers and i belive this has taught me many things about working in future positions
I like working at McDonald's because of the work environment and
Was a fun and easy place to work
