Great place to work

It is really rewarding to work for an organisation that builds city changing infrastructure.Working at McConnell Dowell is like working with family. Although it's a large organisation it feels small. This was the best project every thing was pefect

Good for the workers to have a say

Good company to work for they were organized and the pay was good. We had regular toolbox meetings to discuss work and barbecues to boost morale and even had opportunities to work with them on other projects.

Challenging
