Management is great. Over all I feel lucky to start my nursing career from the best nursing agency.
Pros
Travel allowance

Terrible place to work at
Recruitment Consultant (Former Employee) - Perth WA - 21 November 2020
Very stressful job due to poor management and unrealistic expectations. The management focuses on end result only at all costs - priority is phone calls yet forget the fact that our number is private hence many voicemails are left as nurses are reluctant to answering the phone calls, and there are other way of communications (SMS and emails that nurses prefer). Consultants waste time doing ineffective tasks given by the management rather than focusing on the actual job - no trust and no autonomy (micromanagement). No recognition of high achievements - never good enough.
Pros
Parking spot, cake on birthday, great colleagues
Cons
Low pay, lack of support and terrible management

Very stressful environment. Confusing management protocols
Recruitment & Compliance Specialist (Former Employee) - Brisbane QLD - 21 July 2020
Very indifferent management. Interested in end result only and do not really encourage staff at all. The decisions from management change constantly. Head office is in Perth so communication is difficult for other state offices.
Very difficult environment to work in. Almost to the point of unprofessionalism.
Pros
No Pro's
Cons
Long hours. Little reward and definitely not a strong management team

Original owners were great, new co-ordinator wouldn't listen to staff requests.
Personal Care Assistant (Former Employee) - Darwin NT - 26 August 2019
Original owners were great. They listened to staff requests, and gave them jobs which considered travel time and other restrictions. New management only interested in filling required positions to suit themselves. Other than that, pay and free training was great.
Pros
As above.
Cons
As above.

Horrible place to work
Compliance Consultant (Former Employee) - East Perth WA - 14 November 2017
Turnover rate of new employees is beyond ridiculous as they either quit asap or get fired for no reason after a few days as they weren't automatically perfect at their job.
Pros
CBD location
Cons
horrible boss
