Two rounds of interviews - one with my manager and another team member then the other with head of People & Culture and another member of the executive team a week later.
No crazy 'out there' questions. I was asked about my private life (hobbies, interests) and family (children, pets).
I enjoyed the process and was really excited by what I saw and the people I met with.
It's all about the culture and the fit - for both you and your potential team.
If corporate suit & tie, red tape and rigid process is more your style, this isn't the place for you.
Don't be afraid to be yourself and relax. A lot of interesting and diverse personalities work here. Everyone is welcomed and celebrated.
What gets you up in the morning? What drives you? What are you passionate about?
