Outdated management , poor listening skills and communication

In the 5 weeks of working with MEGT I experienced little training in our office . Most is done by web chat from State managers. Had a visit from one manager the first week when I had no access to material I needed for my position so that training wasn't beneficial at all . Very bad communication from State management . Lots of spread sheets and text and email reminders to speed up our progress...
