If you can get a full time job it would be a good workplace.
EAL Teacher (Former Employee) - Preston VIC - 17 March 2020
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedVery hard to move from casual to part-time or full time. prior education qualifications treated as worthless without Cert IV in training and assessment. An incredible amount of admin including enrolling and withdrawing students personally. Not much admin support.

Amazing Culture! That's about it.
Sessional Teacher (Former Employee) - Epping VIC - 5 June 2022
Culture is amazing. Friendly people and everyone is laid back and enjoys a chat. You'd have to really try to fault the place under a casual contract. Rates are good and work is minimal. Management is abysmal though, outdated tech and reluctance to evolve with the times is certainly hurting the company. But oh well.
Pros
Best culture ever, Very good casual rates
Cons
No training or induction, management is disconnected terribly, outdated processes and procedures harm productivity

Once was a fun and productive place to work but since going corporate it has changed for the worse.
Teacher/ Assessor (Former Employee) - Melbourne VIC - 13 December 2020

Pros
The students
Cons
Ridiculous amounts of meaningless paperwork

Pros
Lovely and diverse students and staff
Cons
Poor management and ethos. Nepotism is rife.

Poor culture, teachers treated as a necessary evil rather than as the front line people delivering the primary customer service
Tourism, Hospitality and Events Teacher (Former Employee) - Preston VIC - 17 December 2016
It's a lousy place to work with management now in thrall to spread sheets and business analysts with little focus on how to really engage students and support teachers
Pros
Salaries
Cons
Long hours little recognition, lazy people often favoured over hard workers dysfunctional management
