Massive pay drop in Qld compared to NSW for same workload.Almost half the pay for similar distance to and from restaurant to customer.Good flexibility to choose hours that suit.Enjoy the style of work, but hard to live on financially and run a car.

Good but low income

Decent job but hard to make an income when you factor fuel and maintenance into the mix and have to pay your own taxes so at the end of the day you make almost nothing

Very low paid company drivers are only use and throw for them. They only care about restaurants and their own profit.

do not go to work with meulog

at the weekend, they will offer you $30 extra after you finish 5 trips between 4-10pm, when you finish 4 trips, you will never get the last trips even though the fourth trips done at 8:30pm, I wait 1and half hours, their system would not send you the last order in case pay you extra bouns. They just play the game. Unreliable company. Do not work with them. untrustable company.

Not the best

Pay isnt great. Sometimes only 1 job an hour with a shift being 2-4 hours. Dont do it with a car and it's not cost effective. Sign up was a mission as my region was full. Waited a year before slots were open.

Job experience

They are fine with pay but dont pay $200 signup bonus. Even if you contact them via email or anything they wont reply . Initial 2weeks you will get good shifts and enough money. Then it will decrease around 25%-40%. Also not enough shifts even though you think you are doing good job. Big chain Restaurants will give you attitude like they are doing favour on you and when you report menulog about them they will stop giving you orders for the rest of your shift. No extras or reimbursements are paid.

Poor to work with

Really bad experience working with menulog. They are hiring more and more couriers possibility with matching orders even in busy time is very less. You will definitely gonna waste your time if you work with them. Uber eats is much better as compared to this atleast you get deliveries. Getting order is second thing they are hiring couriers continuously that getting 2 runs in week means you are lucky. It really sucks. Don't know why they hire so many new couriers. Greedy of money from bags

Unprofessional

Unprofessional and difficult to deal with. Never become a driver with menu log. Their customer service is dismal. They are under-equipped to deal.with anything in a professional, helpful manner.

Bad app and rude customer support

Bad app + rider support. Last week they offered 15$ per session, but for one session they didn't pay for me. When I asked the customer support, they are saying that I need to prove check in and check out. But in their worst app, there is no check in and check out time. Customer support is very rude and not available always. Apart from this no frequent orders.
