Avoid at all costs
Cleaner (Former Employee) - NSW - 7 June 2022
Menzies is a horrible company to work for, they under pay their employees management is atrocious, and they have a high staff turnover because they keep randomly firing people with no notice or explication as to why. They've also had several companies cancel their contracts with them for treating the employees terribly

Jobs at Menzies Group
Do Not Work for them.
Cleaner (Former Employee) - Western Australia - 17 October 2017
Key Points:
- The contract manager I was with was racist and deliberately forced their job to be unworkable.
-Promise you hours/Overtime and never forfill them or provide them.
- They keep switching your contract (Part time to casual) without notice which isnt even legal.
- They will always make you do more than what the timeframe allows.
-They mess your pay if you have to switch visas or hours.
Overworked ,Underpaid, Unprofessional, Uncaring company.
Do not go near this company if you want a happy work life balance.
Pros
Pay which was only because of unsociable hours, A legal obligation so not even a pro.
Cons
Overworked, Underpaid, Unprofessional, Uncaring, Racist. The list can go on.

the work to pay ratio is quite terrible, you must use own vehicle to drive around for work, there is no compensation for this.
