Avoid at all costs

Menzies is a horrible company to work for, they under pay their employees management is atrocious, and they have a high staff turnover because they keep randomly firing people with no notice or explication as to why. They've also had several companies cancel their contracts with them for treating the employees terribly

Time management a just hard to do jobs in allocated times set.

Love working in areas allocated, friendly helpful admin staff, given high positive comments on my cleaning. I leave on a good high knowing I have done a top clean.

Pros

Close to home approx 5 kms

Cons

Split shifts/ early mornings 5am start. Award rate should be higher as doing a part of night shift

Menzies is a good company.

Menzies is a good company. I am working at Menzies as a school cleaner. Table wiping, vacuuming, collecting bins, cleaning toilets are some of my job duties. I am looking for more jobs in Indeed to build up my carrier.

I’ve learn many things from the company in the cleaning industry.

Comply with company policies and procedures relating to performance of tasks, use of products or supplies and incident reporting. • Arrive to work at scheduled time, perform services to established standards and ensure the client facility is locked and secured after finishing my work. • Co – ordinate with supervisor and work as a proactive team member to ensure the employers expectations • Train new staff members

Menzies

I enjoyed my time and role with this company and enjoyed night work, after school to accommodate my family. Additional hours would have been wonderful, but it was still ok

Do Not Work for them.

Key Points: - The contract manager I was with was racist and deliberately forced their job to be unworkable. -Promise you hours/Overtime and never forfill them or provide them. - They keep switching your contract (Part time to casual) without notice which isnt even legal. - They will always make you do more than what the timeframe allows. -They mess your pay if you have to switch visas or hours. Overworked ,Underpaid, Unprofessional, Uncaring company. Do not go near this company if you want a happy work life balance.

Pros

Pay which was only because of unsociable hours, A legal obligation so not even a pro.

Cons

Overworked, Underpaid, Unprofessional, Uncaring, Racist. The list can go on.
