Most staff are friendly and easy to get along with. Hours are standard. Hardly any overtime available- Ni commission structure in place which is a huge downside in this trade.

Great place to start out in the industry

Apprentice Tech (Former Employee) - Brighton VIC - 25 November 2022

Hired as a first year apprentice with no experience, the team was very welcoming and highly skilled. Great place to learn but no real career advancement after qualifying.

Nice People Management were a big disappointment very negative work culture

pay was satisfactory and i enjoyed working with my colleagues but i found the management a big let down creating a negative work culture. However i learned a great deal about the brand and was given good training

Overall service department is great

Was a great place to work at with opportunity for growth and development. Workshop controllers and service management where overall good. Most service advisors where easy to get along with. Upper management are unfair and unrealistic. Very big turnover in staff approx 56 in the service department during my 2 years there. Needs to be a better bpnus system and improvement of work culture

Great people to work with, close to home, overtime available if you want

Cons

Unrealistic targets, always push but no return, salary isn't the best especially with Sydney's growth

Overall it's a job

The worshop staff are excellent and willing to help. Heaps of different experiences in the team. Worshop controller great. Parts department very unorganised and overall management is poor with no sense of direction. Pay isn't the best but overtime is available. Career progression has opportunities and is available if you want.
