The Mercy Community (MC) history lies within the tradition of the Brisbane Sisters of Mercy, a group of Catholic women who as followers of Jesus, understand their mission as participating in God’s mission of mercy. Inspiration is drawn from Catherine McAuley, who founded the Sisters of Mercy in Ireland in 1831.

Damaging experience
Zero respect for confidentiality for clients and staff. No support. Poor culture that is non inclusive. High KPIs. Pros: pays well and will give the prepare you for future careers. Will connect you in the disability sector

Non-supportive and Stressful
Management WILL set you up to fail if they deem you not worthy enough. They will lie to you instead of supporting you. You WILL work outside of your scope and be expected to do more than required.The pressure from this will impact your family and personal life.

I had an amazing team manager However the regional managers and above were very out of touch with the support workersAlso at times too many important issues were overlooked
