MercyCare's corporate policies and procedures are supposedly founded on a 'person centred care' model. The vast majority of carers and clinical staff really do their best for the residents but they are frequently let down by indifferent/incompetent senior management. Person centred care, dignity, and respect, apply equally to employees and residents.

I didnt leave they terminated me in unprofessional way their cause was redundancy.
mercy care is unreliable ,not fear and they dont value their employers . They easily terminates the staff with short notice and they dont replace the staff with fear positions . that had been impacted not only on the staff its also on the families and their children.
