boomer mentality
its like every volume builder out there except alot of the guys in the higherups still run the business like they are still the 90's. Most places are encouraging hybrid working and improving their tech, Metricon is a few years behind most other builders. Take a tour at their main office in mount waverly and you will see what its like working in an office in the 90's!

Okay
This company allows for a good work/home life balance if you work Monday- Friday. No career growth.Low pay.Promises rarely met. Head office is not a central location, some workers commuting over an hour to work.

Terrible
bunch of bullies, unrealistic KPI's. terrible pay. Some employees are good to work with but no one in management is good. They get promoted because they are mates with each other

Go through people like no tomorrow. You are very much a number
No support. Very high turn over. Can be quite toxic environment and competitiveness. There was a fair few lovely people that worked here although, management was terrible and the work load was ridiculous plus you also had a few toxic rude people. Also little to no support. Felt as if you were a number. Better places to work personally.
