Probably not the worst company to work for
It's all Metrolls way. Very ordinary pay for what's expected of you. Overtime is expected. If they are busy you can work 12 or 13 hours, but you won't know untill that day.

Productivity and fun workplace
Training on the job is available, and financial security is the most important thing and some benefits, permanent roles, long service leave, promotion to different within the company etc.

The management team at this branch was very toxic and undermining, job itself was good but lacked support and always felt under supported and undermined.Can’t say if it’s the same in the other branches but this one was toxic

It’s a job
I have met a lot of people here some I still keep in contact some I wish to never see again, the interview was basically non existent I was shown the factory from a window out into it than sat down to sign paperwork and started that day. There are some wonderful employees but management have favourite who can do no wrong and treat the others like garbage. Management can be very unprofessional and...

Terrible place to work at
Worked there for over 6 years. Stoned idiots work there . On forklifts and not much support there at all . Couldn’t think of a worse place to work at under there management
