Ideally for beginners in the industry to get experience most experienced drivers leave between 1 day or a year. The most frustrating thing is it could be an very easy job but made hard by bad equipment and the quality of pallet pickers and night loaders.Half of the the truck have no restraints for loads and simply no manger will listen to any one and don’t keep to their word.

Pros

Paid weekly on time and correctly and home times when you can go home.

Cons

Extremely long hours and no real breaks.

Director of Operations treats workers like garbage. No employee deserves to be verbally abused and treated like nothing whist trying to give the best service.

Good people an a great workplace environment

Nice in summer

Was nice in summer as you got to get into the rear of the pan being cold but micway has too many bosses that dont communicate with each other and delivery time get stuffed up
