Management needs to be looked at seriously
Top heavy to many supervisors and superintendents it's a joke I've been driving trucks 20yrs and they have 22yr olds doing same job and they want people in the truck with you any experience you do have is totally disregarded.

Dreadful company culture
The company has a toxic culture that affects everyone. No job descriptions or KPI's. I would never go back into that environment again and I wouldn't like anyone else to experience it.

Stay away....this is not the company you are looking for!!!!!
Most toxic company I have ever worked for!!!! Production is the number one goal and everything else comes a distance second, toxic corporate management, blame culture , turn and burn bullying culture at all levels, poor planning which in turn pushes people and resources to breaking point. Constantly set people at all levels up to fail. Company EGM,s should not hold positions in any companies......Stay away from this one....Do not recommend to anybody!!!

Glad to be away
Most dangerous company ever. Too many under qualified personnel I've ever experienced. Yelling, screaming and belittling is the normal at the morning supervision meeting.
