What would you suggest Monash Health management do to prevent employees from leaving?
Listen to employees concerns and actually implement solutions. Stop applying two sets of rules, one for staff and one for themselves. Get to know their staff and be approachable. Promote people on merit not because they need someone to make their job easier.
