High turn-over rate

Nice folks to work with but frequent restructures and a high turnover rate makes the workplace stressful and disorganised. Also the building is a bit disorientating to navigate and left much to desired for accessibility.

My overall review wasnt great as I do like to give, Fast - faced working environment doesnt bother me, I learned quickly with overall tasks as a Backfilled Client Service Officer in Aged and Disability Dept. For about 2 years full time. I was originally a Direct Care Worker. The only downfall is the over all Culture.
