Unproductive, unsupported and robot feel environment

Customer Service Officer (Former Employee) - Coburg VIC - 15 January 2023

This council surprisingly has very old fashion systems in place , the team leaders are very lazy they get employees training new staff, the customer service to the community is very poor as they do a million requests for different departments so waste less double dibbing job duties that the customer service officers are required to do. Some of the customer service staff a very rude and mindless team-leaders that still living in the 80's with no direction for change.

Not very flexible. No opportunity for career advancement within the organisation. Lack of training and promotional opportunities limited the opportunity for career development even outside the organisation. Good service not acknowledged and overlooked.

Corrupt and no room for advancement. Nil support and not allowed to have your own opinion. Not supported Mass turnaround for people leaving Low Moral Expected to work overtime for nil money

What is the best part of working at the company?People are fantastic to deal with, and they are most passionate about what they do and the community What is the most stressful part about working at the company?LEADERS (Especially the CEO and her Directors and some of the Managers) continuous degradation and manipulation great resources. Low staff retention with not much care about the loss. They like to bring their "own mindset" or work along with their expectations/needs/wants.
