Deterioration of work culture in the last 3 years. One set of rules for Managers and another for staff.

Do as I say, not as I do. If Senior Management don’t realise that staff can see the hypocrisy, then shame on them. Nobody ‘lives the values’ anymore and especially Management. The ruse of ‘staff feedback’ is quite entertaining, when the path has already been set.After many years of happily working at the Shire, the demise of the organisation was spectacular.

Culture of fear no job security

A high turnover of staff driven by poor leadership. While the money might be an attractive draw card for your own sanity look somewhere else. A lot of Senior Managers not doing a great deal while there are areas of the organisation who are busy, need extra staff and are not supported.
