This is one of the best places to work. Majority of people are friendly, helpful and collaborative. Sometimes works gets intense but there is a storng emphasise and culture or work-life balance.

MM is a good place to work, offering a good work/life balance. The focus is not yet too much about profit, so the individual still is important. MM is an ever-evolving company, so there are plenty of opportunities for anyone that wants to make one.

1. Preparing design documentation and liaising with REVIT 3D modellers 2. Attending internal and external co-ordination and Team Meetings 3. Preparing fee proposals for hydraulic and fire services 4. upper and Line Management and systems are very good 5.Co-workers are very co-operative and work with you to achieve the best outcome for the Clients both internal and external 6.Hardest part of the job using the Project Management software 7. Most enjoyable part of the job- successful completion of project and Social Club activities
