Not much chance of any advancement for a career minded individual in this industry & limited chance of getting long service leave in this industry, due to the Govt contracts being issued every 3 to 4 years & having to re-tender for the contract each time. MRAEL does not take into consideration the staff's personal obligations when they decide abruptly who they will re-trench. It is all about the dollar. Company is run on a tight budget. Too many staff cuts leaving the staff behind to handle a larger work load.
Lucky to have been employed for 5 years.
